First live cohort · 10 October – 4 December 2026 · three to five places
Pivot from your sage. Not from your saboteurs panicking about what you're leaving behind.
An 8-week cohort for senior professional women navigating a career pivot — mid-leave, post-exit, pre-launch, or repositioning. You use this rare window to build a personal AI Sage practice rooted in mental fitness, and pivot from clarity instead of catch-up.
Online and in English, from wherever you are — this is built for a circle spread across countries, not for one city.
The waitlist takes one minute. The Mirror takes five, and tells you more about whether this is yours. Or come to the free workshop on Monday 7 September — ninety minutes, and you leave having written the first page.
The pivot window is rare.
Most women spend it in catch-up. Another course, another certification, fourteen open tabs — while the actual question stays untouched: what are you afraid of leaving behind?
You can teach yourself any tool. What you cannot do is outrun the inner voices that turn a pivot into a panic — the ones deciding from fear of loss while telling you it's strategy.
The pivot conversation matters more than the AI conversation. That is why this programme starts inside.
One practice, two surfaces
Hard skills can be learned, and increasingly they can be delegated — tools, workflows, agents, automations. AI is very good at that layer and will keep getting better whether or not you keep up. The soft ones are what is left, and once the hard skills become abundant they stop being soft at all. There is a great deal of AI training available and a great deal of coaching. Almost nothing assumes you need both at once.
The proven engine
Mental fitness, done properly
The spine of the programme is the official 6-week Positive Intelligence® programme (Shirzad Chamine), delivered by a certified PQ coach — including full access to the PQ app and its daily practice. You learn to catch your saboteurs in the act and respond from your sage powers. Daily reps, measurable habit change, brain rewiring that holds after the programme ends.
The layer that makes it yours
AI, in sage mode
Each week's inner work is applied the same week in your real work, with AI as the active integration layer. You build a personal AI practice that knows your patterns, your values, and your direction — one that challenges you instead of pleasing you. The inner work makes the AI personal; the AI makes the inner work daily.
Eight weeks, one architecture
Every week has the same three strands. The inner work is the official Positive Intelligence curriculum. The middle column is the piece of your Personal Brief you write that week — by week eight the document exists because you built it in eight sittings, not because you sat down to write it. The third column is where the week's inner work meets something real in your own life.
Content lands Saturday. The live call is Monday, 90 minutes. Roughly three hours a week in total, including the short daily practice in the PQ app.
Week 1
Arrival
The inner move
Self-command: the foundational rep. Noticing that you are not the noise in your own head.
What you leave with
The first pages of your Brief — where you believe you are going, what you value over what, and the noes that define you.
The week's AI practice
One real conversation about your pivot with an AI that has read those pages. Then the honest question: where did it understand you, and where did it flatter you?
Week 2
The Judge
The inner move
Intercepting the Judge — the voice that criticises you, other people and your circumstances, and calls it realism.
What you leave with
The Judge's actual lines, quoted in your own words rather than described in general ones.
The week's AI practice
Bring it a decision you have been circling. When the answer feels wrong, correct it out loud — then move the correction into the Brief. The corrections are the work.
Week 3
The accomplices
The inner move
Your own lead saboteurs, from the assessment: what each one protects, and what it has cost you to keep it employed.
What you leave with
Your shadow cast — each pattern named, its disguises listed, its outdated job description understood.
The week's AI practice
Ask it which of your patterns it has already seen in your conversations. Sit with the answer, then note what was accurate and what was unfair.
Week 4
Turning toward the sage
The inner move
Self-empathy and exploration without agenda — the first sage powers, and the only real antidote to the Judge.
What you leave with
A remembered moment of complete clarity, written in, and a description of how you sound when you are steady.
The week's AI practice
The week you get gripped — and there will be one — say so, and let it walk you back. Log what actually helped and what did not.
Week 5
The sage acts
The inner move
Innovate, navigate, activate: generating without judging, steering by your own compass, moving without saboteur fuel.
What you leave with
Your working agreements — what you want challenged, what you want left alone, what must be asked before you decide anything large.
The week's AI practice
A real piece of pivot work — an offer, an application, a difficult letter — done with the AI as a sparring partner. Challenge invited, flattery refused.
Week 6
Integration
The inner move
The Positive Intelligence programme completes. Self-command as a habit rather than an effort, and the daily practice you keep.
What you leave with
A Brief tested against a genuine collision of your own values — then exported, backed up, and yours on any device.
The week's AI practice
The weekly mirror run end to end: what shifted, what it got wrong about you, what you corrected.
Week 7
The capstone
The inner move
Six weeks have changed you. The work is reading yourself again with fresh eyes and noticing what has already gone out of date.
What you leave with
The full Brief reviewed front to back and rewritten wherever you have outgrown it.
The week's AI practice
Portability: the same Brief mounted in a second AI, to prove it is yours and not the tool's. Then fifteen minutes in the hot seat while the circle refines it with you.
Week 8
Independence
The inner move
What holds once the structure goes. The practice you will actually keep, named honestly rather than aspirationally.
What you leave with
The independence protocol — how you evolve the Brief alone: the monthly mirror, the correction discipline, when to rewrite a section outright.
The week's AI practice
You introduce your Brief to the circle: what it is, how it sounds, and the moment it surprised you.
The inner work does not change. The tools do — every few months, visibly. So the third column is reviewed before every cohort and taught with whatever is genuinely best that month, and it will not look identical to the version you are reading. Any curriculum promising you the same tools a year from now is either not paying attention or hoping you are not.
Curious where your own saboteurs sit before you decide anything? The official saboteur assessment is free and takes about five minutes. It is the same instrument we start from in week two.
What you walk out with
You are not short of capability, and you do not need to be talked into believing in yourself. What a pivot takes away is a direction you can stand behind and something steady to think with while you find it. By the end of week 8 you move into what comes next — re-entry, launch, or repositioning — with three things most women in career pivots never build:
- Your Personal Brief — transferable to any AI you use, now or next
- A mental fitness practice that holds under pressure, with daily reps behind it rather than good intentions
- A direction you actually chose, and the steadiness to keep deciding from it instead of from catch-up
Included
- Your Personal Brief — written with you, transferable to any AI, yours to keep
- The official Positive Intelligence programme, with app access free for a full year
- All live sessions, and recordings of every one
- A working setup for your own AI practice — the roles worth handing over, the ones worth keeping, and a weekly rhythm that survives a busy week
- Live Workflow Clinic — an additional implementation session
- Weekly office hours
- Private cohort space, and the group after it ends
And nothing else to buy
Everything the eight weeks need runs on free accounts. The Positive Intelligence app is included and stays with you for a year; after that it becomes a subscription you can take or leave, and nothing you build here depends on it. Some women choose to pay for an AI account — for privacy, or to keep their own writing out of model training. That is a choice, not a requirement, and by week three you will know enough to make it deliberately rather than nervously.
This is for you if
- You are somewhere inside a pivot — mid-leave, post-exit, pre-launch, repositioning — and the version you describe out loud is steadier than the one you are actually living
- You are on a break, or you have not taken one and know quite well that you need to
- You have used AI and come away productive, and somehow emptier
- You keep researching instead of deciding, and you have begun to suspect that more information was never the thing in the way
- You want this pivot to change you, not only your job title
And not for you if
- You want an AI tools course. There are hundreds, and several are genuinely good
- You want a job-search programme — CV, interviews, outreach. This sits upstream of all of that
- You want someone to hand you the answer. This one makes the answer yours, which is slower and more demanding
- You cannot protect a few hours a week for eight weeks. The practice is daily and short, but it is not optional
From the women who learned with me first
“Not only learning how to write prompts — learning how to create a more honest and useful relationship with AI. My Guide supports me in a way that is practical, personal, and aligned with who I am.”
— Bronislava
“I now see AI not as a tool that overwhelms me with options, but as a support system that reflects my own clarity and intention. A subtle but powerful shift.”
— Simona
“She teaches not only what to communicate to your AI, but how — to receive more clarity.”
— Kinga

Who's guiding this
Ramune Lekamaviciute is an Erickson Certified Professional Coach and Positive Intelligence practitioner. She spent twenty years inside global organisations — ABB, Coca-Cola Hellenic, Sanofi — building governance and leading transformation across more than a hundred countries, before turning to the work behind this programme: how accomplished people change direction without losing themselves.
She is living the same pivot this cohort is designed for. That is not a marketing angle; it is why the programme exists.
Questions people ask before deciding
I have tried ChatGPT and it did not really help. How is this different?
Most AI use starts and ends with tasks — draft this, summarise that. It works, and it often leaves you faster but no clearer. Here the AI is pointed at your thinking rather than your to-do list. By week eight you have written a Personal Brief: a document that tells any AI how you think, what you value and how you get in your own way. The difference is between a chat window that starts from nothing every morning and one that already knows who it is talking to.
Do I need any technical background?
No. Nothing here requires you to be technical, and there is no software to install beyond the Positive Intelligence app. We work in the AI tools you already use, and the live sessions cover the practice directly. What matters far more than technical fluency is a willingness to look honestly at how you make decisions.
Which AI tool do I need to have?
Whichever you already use, or none yet. The programme is deliberately not built on one product, because any specific tool will be superseded. Your Personal Brief is a document, not a setting — you can take it to ChatGPT, Claude, or whatever exists in two years, and it still works. Learning to work well with any AI is the durable skill; learning one interface is not.
How many people are in a cohort?
Between three and five. That is not a marketing number — it is the size at which a 90-minute call can still give everyone real airtime, and at which I can hold each person's pivot in my head between sessions. It also means places genuinely run out, and that the waitlist is the only reliable way in.
You are in Frankfurt. Do I need to be in Germany?
No, and this is not a German programme. I am Lithuanian, I lived half my life in Italy, and I work in English — I do not teach in German. Everything runs online, and the women this is built for are spread across Europe and well beyond it. Frankfurt is where I happen to be, not where you need to be. Calls are scheduled at European lunchtime, which works from the Americas early and from Asia late.
What does a typical week look like?
Content is released on Saturday. There is a 90-minute live call on Monday. Between them, a short daily practice in the Positive Intelligence app on your own rhythm, and the week's inner work applied to something real in your own work.
What if I cannot make a live call?
Every live session is recorded and available to the cohort, and there are weekly office hours alongside the calls. The daily practice is asynchronous by design, so the rhythm survives a missed week.
Is the Positive Intelligence app included, or an extra cost?
Included, and it stays with you for a full year — not just the eight weeks. The spine of the programme is the official six-week Positive Intelligence programme by Shirzad Chamine, delivered by a certified PQ coach, with full app access as part of your place. There is no separate licence to buy, and the daily practice is the engine: it is what makes the habit hold after the cohort ends.
Is this a job-search programme — CV, interviews, outreach?
No, and it sits deliberately upstream of that work. This is about knowing what you actually want and deciding from clarity rather than catch-up. Once that is settled, the CV and the outreach get considerably easier to write, but they are not what we spend the eight weeks on.
What do I still have after the eight weeks end?
Your Personal Brief, which you can keep using with any AI for as long as it is true — and update as it stops being true. A mental fitness practice with measurable habit change behind it, plus app access for the rest of the year. The recordings and materials. And the group, which tends to outlast the cohort.
Why now, rather than next year?
Two reasons, and the honest one first. This is the first live cohort, priced as one: three to five women who shape how the programme works, at a price that will not come back. That will not be true again. The second reason matters more: a pivot has a window. The months when you are between things, or know you are about to be, are the months when this work is possible at all. Once the next role has closed around you, the window shuts and the same eight weeks become much harder to protect.
